How long does it take to make my order?

Firstly, thank you for choosing to shop with us! Our turn around time before your order is shipped is 3-5 business days. Unfortunately express postage does not speed up our process, only Australia Post's. We work through orders in chronological order and do the best we can to get them to you asap!

How do i care for my products??

Handle all our products gently - they are strong but don't like to be thrown around.

If your beads become dirty, you can use products such as baby wipes to clean.

Rose gold key rings may tarnish overtime as they are made from an iron-based product. Ensure your keyring is left in a cool, dry environment and kept out of the sun. Clean appropriately with 'brasso' if key ring becomes tarnished.  

Our key rings should not be used as your primary holder for every single key! They are a feature item and will not withstand extreme force. 

hanging diffuser instructions

1. Twist and remove the wooden bottle lid.
2. Carefully remove the clear plastic stopper from the top of the bottle.
3. Replace and tighten the wooden lid.
4. Tip the bottle upside down for 1-2 seconds so that the fragrance absorbs into the wooden lid. Do not over saturate timber with fragrance.
5. Replace the plastic stopper.
6. Hang it!

can I make my lanyard shorter?

Yes you can!

Our corded lanyards (all lanyards except fabric lanyards) are made a little longer than needed to cater for a wide range. We do this in the aim to be as inclusive as we can!

All you need is scissors.

1. Pop open your breakaway clasp and push them down the cord.

2. Measure your lanyard against yourself and cut the cord to your desired length.

3. TIP: Leave a little extra cord length for when you tie the knot so it sits as desired.

4. Move your breakaway clasps back up on your lanyard. If you find that the end of the cord has frayed, you can wet the ends. (We burn our cords but we like to think that we are lanyard professionals! Please don't burn yourselves!)

5. Once your breakaway clasps are on each end of the cord, you can tie a knot to secure them. (We burn these in place to make sure they are permanent!)

6. Done! Your lanyard is now at your perfect length!
